I love the illusion of this painting. at first glance, people can't decide if the black void is the trees.
also, love the simplicity of color, design and scale (or lack there of).

This is a tree i love on piedmont park road. pass it everyday on our way in and out of town. it's the "marker"... 10 minutes to downtown from here.
